Every session is designed and delivered by a certified Hyrox coach, focusing on one of three core pillars:
RAW Strength Sessions: Build the foundational power and muscular endurance needed for the sled pushes, farmers carries, and lunges.
Engine Endurance Sessions: Improve your cardiovascular capacity and pace control — essential for the running segments and longer efforts like rowing and ski-erg.
MetCon Sessions: Boost your metabolic conditioning with structured workouts that blend strength and endurance — just like real Hyrox races.
Each session is scalable for your starting point — we coach beginners and experienced competitors side by side.
You’re not just doing random workouts. The Elevate training plan is built around the official Hyrox365 model:
Periodised training blocks to peak your fitness at the right time.
Performance metrics tracking across all Hyrox disciplines (running, skiing, sleds, carries, wall balls, etc.)
Weekly progression checks to ensure continuous improvement — without overtraining.

Our dedicated nutrition coaching includes:
Setting personalised calorie and macronutrient targets (based on your goals — performance, body composition, or both)
Education on how to fuel before sessions, how to recover after, and how to balance nutrition during busier life periods.
Accountability check-ins every week so you stay aligned with your goals.

The Hyrox Physical Fitness Test (PFT) is a benchmark event designed to assess your current performance.
It’s the perfect starting line — and we’ll repeat elements of it throughout Elevate to track your progress.

You don’t need any Hyrox experience to join. We’ll teach you everything from technique, pacing, strategy, and performance — building you up safely and confidently, session by session.
Our coaching team will guide you on how to fuel your training effectively — focusing on performance, recovery, and body composition if desired.
You'll get clear targets, practical advice, and accountability support without restrictive diets.
Because spaces are limited and in high demand, deposits are non-refundable.
